Platform Overview

Revalion is a configurable platform for managing field workflows such as metrology (calibrations, verifications), inspections, and audits. It covers the full workflow from form configuration → work item creation → mobile execution → evaluation → document generation → synchronization (full workflow management is planned for completion). The platform already supports multi-tenant and role-based configurations, allowing organizations to manage users, permissions, and access control efficiently across multiple teams or clients.

Use Case Example: Calibration Workflow

1. Configuration: Define form fields, validation rules, evaluation logic, and document templates.
2. Item Creation: Generate a work item based on the configuration.
3. Field Data Collection: Export item to MAUI app; field operator collects data.
4. Evaluation: App calculates results and flags issues.
5. Document Generation: Selected documents are generated automatically.
6. Synchronization: Completed work item is synced back to the server.

Organization & User Management

• Register as an organization (Creator role)
• Edit organization info (via the email menu in the upper-right corner)
• Create and manage users with configured rights within your organization

Configuration & Evaluation

• Create form configurations with custom evaluation logic
• Define PDF output templates generated after successful form completion
• Edit configuration content directly in a text area (Quick save via Ctrl + S)
• Create evaluation items that can be loaded into the mobile app (RevalM)

Field Evaluation

• Load assigned items into RevalM
• Enter measured values and perform evaluations
• Transfer completed evaluations back to RevalW
• Generate professional PDF reports via the web application
